Do You Think More Whites Are Moving Into Predominantly Minority Areas?

Intermingling is fine and good. But I must say, i'm a bit amused by white people's obsession with moving into minority areas, like Harlem for example. It would be okay if they simply wanted to move there for convenience purposes or whatever. But, no, now they try to refer to Harlem as "North Manhattan" and they call this mive move the "2nd renaissance". Give me a break! It's like a repeat of the Manifest Destiny or something.
