Does anyone else almost not feel bad when they see death stats of americans soldiers in iraq?

i feel awful even saying this because i value all life but i cant help but feel that because people dont give a sh*t about the dead iraqi civilians, again i emphasize civilians, that the united states deserves to feel pain as well < i sympathize with the soldiers to some extent in that they are patriots just doing what their country asks and they didnt decide to invade iraq, but when i see all the abuses of power, the rampages that soldiers and contractors can go on with little or no consequences and the conditions of american gulags holding mostly innocent civilians, i cant shake the feeling that we deserve to get hit back when we do harm to innocent people
