Has anyone ever actually been hired through a job-board like Monster.com or Dice.com or Yahoo jobs?

All I ever get are bulk replies and never a second contact or an interview. Actually, I get solicited from sales people to do their work as well, but that I consider Spam. Any REAL job contact made through these sites?
