These grandchildren have had lice every time they came over for three years.?

We play this game of believing them every time they say they don't have it any more. It's the same with the child that wets the bed ,he's over it;but when we visit there he is with his pants with dried pee and a soaked mattress,The other grandma is a nurse that tells them the rash at the back of the 2 year old's head is a rasberry...there is no resemblance between a rasberry birthmark and a lice rash. I worked all night and had the audacity to ask if the children still had lice when they brought them over.There are 4 grandchildren and another one on the way . I am in my fifties and am working hard because my husband has some serious health problems one of which is cancer we are waiting to hear if they got it all...This son and his wife gambles and drinks,their 9 year old never has clean underwear no matter how much you buy them and same with socks...I didn't play the game so now they hate me, maybe if they asked how their dad is ever I'd care,am I just cold now?
