Why do women at work dislike me?

Whenever I get a job, a gang of females always seem to dislike me or gossip about me. I don't know why, I am a pretty laid-back person and I don't talk about other people or encourage drama. I'm not mean either. I do my work and am a good worker. I get on well with the guys, but girls will always hate me for no reason and try to create problems for me. Why is this?
