Does the VA pay for veteran funeral if buried in national cemetary?

My dad just ped away today. The funeral home is only saying the the VA will only pay 455.00 dollers but Im pretty for sure that the VA will pay for everything rather they are casketed or cremated. My dad wanted to be cremated and we wanted to have a memorial for him and buried in a national cemetary. Im 95% postive that they will pay it all. Could someone give me some more insight? Thanks
