How can you believe we all came from pure Nothingness?

how is this possible, i cant wrap my mind around it :( How can some ppl believe that people, the universe and everything in it came from Pure NOTHINGness and just "sprang to life"?? How can people feel their own soul inside of them and feel and know who they are and feel the life that runs through their viens and think that we all came from nothing and are just an "accedental fluke"?? (and that everything just simply "came to be" and is just an accident) thats so sad!
