How many of you saved on your taxes?

My boyfriend's "teabagger" dad saved $3000 on his taxes this year, and admits that it is because Obama is president, and yet still gripes about President Obama being a fascist-communist-socialist thief who is an out of control tax and spend liberal. Why does he still have these delusions even when he has the saved cash in hand? Does anyone else have similar stories?
