President Obama’s “anti-business” attitudes could have manufacturers shifting production out of the U.S.?

I don't believe the President or Congress should give in to corporate greed. When will it end? If Mr. Buckley wants to move his companies overseas, fine. But give up your citizenship, for he is no true American.
