What maternity shop sells fetal doppler moniters and how far along in pregnancy do you have to be to use it?

I was thinking about buying one of the fetal doppler moniters Im not sure where though but I know places do?? Do places like Motherhood sell them? Im 14 weeks pregnant could I use it now?
