Can anyone help me I.D. a Mitsubishi Minicab?

I have a Mitsubishi Minicab pick-up that I am having problems finding any info on. It is a model # U15DQHPML2M. It has a 3 cyl eng, a 3 speed manual trans, 4 wheel drive and a hydraulic dump bed. It is also left hand drive. I have found several web sites about these little trucks but they are all right hand drive and no similar model numbers. I am trying to buy some parts to repair it. Help!!
