How long can an unresponsive stroke patient be w/out meds, food, and ventilator before expiration?

Patient suffered a mive stroke on 03 May. Have been unresponsive since then. 30 May, the ventilator was dc'd. 01 Jun, meds & tube feeding were dc'd. 07 Jun, ET tube removed. 08 Jun, IVF & morphine drip dc'd. Morphine given orally. Stable VS up to now, however no response or physical improvement. Kidneys are failing and small spot of pneumonia detected. Hospice status on comfort care as of 07 Jun.
