Is pregnancy an excuse?

My wife is 10 weeks pregnant (unplanned), and has just been EXPLODING at me for days about how it's all my fault! Ok, I am a physician so I know how this seems, but my wife's also in Med school, and we used protection, but SHE did not want to also go on the pill b/c she thought there were more cons than pros. (Hereditary issues, long story.) And I respected the decision, because she's just as intelligent as I am. It's just gotten to the point where we have this "Blame Game" about this all the time, and by now I just shut up and let it go. She'll just do the strangest, most irritating things sometimes -- like in the mornings, we used to just keep the bathroom unlocked so someone could shower, someone could use the sink. Now she'll lock the bathroom for practically 30 minutes in the morning, which is way too long for me to wait. This morning, I brushed my teeth at my office! I know this is somehow a blessing, but I'm not sure how much longer I can bite my tongue and bear my wife!! What do you think?
